Salary: $140,000 – $178,000 annually (NYC range).

What you will do
- Manage the global digital assets product pipeline across asset classes and client channels.
- Develop and own management reporting, KPIs, and status materials for governance forums and executive committees.
- Coordinate agendas and governance materials for global meetings and strategic partnerships.
- Lead internal communications and support organizational oversight for digital asset functions.
- Oversee operational and financial aspects of initiatives, including business cases and operational integrations.
- Partner with Marketing, Distribution, and Product teams to drive cross-functional strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical and leadership roles within financial services.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or economics required; MBA or CFA preferred.
- Strong knowledge of digital assets, blockchain technology, and the evolving regulatory landscape.
- Ability to clearly and persuasively communicate complex concepts and manage stakeholder tradeoffs.
- Proven record of driving business results in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
- Must be based in New York or Atlanta and willing to work from the office 4 days/week.
