What you will do

• Manage the global digital assets product pipeline across asset classes and client channels.
• Develop and own management reporting, KPIs, and status materials for governance forums and executive committees.
• Coordinate agendas and governance materials for global meetings and strategic partnerships.
• Lead internal communications and support organizational oversight for digital asset functions.
• Oversee operational and financial aspects of initiatives, including business cases and operational integrations.
• Partner with Marketing, Distribution, and Product teams to drive cross-functional strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical and leadership roles within financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or economics required; MBA or CFA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of digital assets, blockchain technology, and the evolving regulatory landscape.
• Ability to clearly and persuasively communicate complex concepts and manage stakeholder tradeoffs.
• Proven record of driving business results in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
• Must be based in New York or Atlanta and willing to work from the office 4 days/week.
