Project Coordinator (Construction)

Location: Cyprus; on-site

What you will do

• Coordinate day-to-day construction activities across ongoing projects.
• Monitor site works against approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Support project planning, scheduling, progress tracking, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, site teams, management, and other project stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and site records.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials while identifying project risks and delays.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in construction project coordination or site supervision.
• Strong experience in the Cyprus construction market and knowledge of local regulations.
• Registered Member of ETEK.
• Experience with project management and scheduling software.
• Fluent or native Russian and good command of English.
