• Define the multi-year experience strategy for the digital product ecosystem.
• Lead the delivery of major new features and capabilities from concept to final launch.
• Establish interaction standards and experience principles for cohesive product development across internal teams.
• Reimagine monitoring, alerts, and safety intelligence features within the application.
• Validate product shifts through structured experimentation to drive measurable CLV lift.
• Maintain a clear, sequenced roadmap and ensure clean handoff points to Revenue and Retention teams.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of product experience in consumer apps or subscription platforms.
• Proven track record leading major product transformations or multi-year initiatives.
• Demonstrated success in owning both vision and execution of major capabilities.
• Strong design fluency and ability to partner deeply with UX leadership.
• Ability to drive alignment across peer directors without direct management authority.
• Comfort with ambiguity and managing long-horizon planning in a fast-moving environment.
