What you will do
- Provide strategic leadership for product teams managing SaaS platform foundations, infrastructure, and growth/onboarding capabilities.
- Define and evolve the long-term product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company strategy and scalable growth.
- Partner with senior engineering leadership to translate strategy into executable initiatives and oversee timely delivery.
- Drive customer-centric growth strategies, optimizing early lifecycle experiences and retention through data-driven experimentation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Security, Privacy, Marketing, and Sales to align priorities and manage dependencies.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) regarding platform reliability, adoption, and growth metrics.
Requirements
- 12+ years of product management experience, including senior leadership in complex, technical portfolios.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and capable of complying with U.S. export controls.
- Proven track record leading B2B SaaS Growth and/or Onboarding teams with measurable impact on retention and acquisition.
- Deep background in web-based/hosted software and multitenant SaaS architectures.
- Demonstrated experience scaling diverse, high-performing teams across multiple domains.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and business acumen.
