What you will do

• Support the Operations Director in executing projects and tracking cross-functional milestones.
• Assist in managing relationships with banks, liquidity providers, and crypto exchanges.
• Research regulatory requirements in various jurisdictions and translate them into internal processes.
• Coordinate the opening of new legal entities and the end-to-end licensing process.
• Draft and maintain operational manuals, policies, and regulatory documentation.
• Analyze workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement automation or AI tools to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in operations, compliance, or project coordination within fintech or financial services.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) is required.
• Strong organizational skills with an analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sense of accountability and ownership of outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks in the financial or crypto industry.
• Experience with licensing, certification processes, or audits.
• Certifications such as CAMS, ICA, or PMP.
• Proficiency in Russian or Greek.
