What you will do

• Build and maintain the operational intelligence layer, including dashboards and KPI frameworks across support and claims.
• Scale operational processes by identifying opportunities for automation and AI integration.
• Drive growth enablement through stakeholder training on data literacy, performance management, and new operational tools.
• Implement and govern data quality standards across CRM and core operational systems.
• Partner with the COO and collaborate closely with Product & Tech to align on automation roadmaps and integration strategy.
• Create feedback loops to translate customer and operational insights into improvements across business units.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in data- and operations-driven roles, specifically at the intersection of commercial and technical teams.
• Proven track record in leadership and steering complex initiatives within fast-moving environments.
• Deep expertise in CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce and related operational toolstacks.
• Strong experience building dashboards and KPI systems using tools like Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or Metabase.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and collaborate effectively with Product/Engineering teams.
• Professional experience in the insurance industry or InsurTech sector, with an understanding of claims and partner distribution.
