What you will do

• Manage project plans and status reporting for large-scale business line launches and entity stand-ups.
• Partner with Sales, Trading, Compliance, and Legal teams to define staffing, process, and technical roadmaps.
• Identify and mitigate project dependencies to ensure awareness and reduce operational risk.
• Develop test plans and procedural documentation to ensure launch readiness.
• Analyze and incorporate legal, compliance, risk, and finance requirements into strategic initiatives.
• Support exploration of new licensure requirements such as CFTC swap dealer and FCM processes.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States
• Experience working in or alongside trading businesses with exposure to operational and financial models.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks relevant to crypto or traditional financial markets.
• Strong ability to break down large projects into manageable tasks and outline procedural requirements.
• Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving agility and ability to manage cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
