What you will do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive enablement strategy for the Customer Support organization.
- Build onboarding, certification, and continuous learning programs to reduce time-to-productivity.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to integrate AI tools and automation into customer communication workflows.
- Create structured product education and release processes to ensure support teams remain experts on platform functionality.
- Use performance data (CSAT, resolution time, QA scores) to identify skill gaps and refine workflows.
- Maintain high-impact support content, including playbooks, communication frameworks, and knowledge base articles.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US.
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Support Enablement, or Support Operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to improve key support KPIs like CSAT, resolution time, and quality assurance scores.
- Strong technical proficiency with AI tools, knowledge management systems, and CRM/ticketing platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Jira).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate support performance data into actionable programs.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and cross-functional leadership skills.
