Location: Based at our Cyber Centre of Excellence in Maidenhead, UK; hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days per week on-site. Applicants must be British Citizens resident in the UK for the past 5-10 years to obtain and maintain SC level security clearance.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial and contractual matters on key contracts.
• Provide commercial input into the development, approval, and issuance of complex bids and proposals.
• Identify commercial risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Lead negotiations for new customer and supplier agreements and contract amendments.
• Ensure project teams understand and adhere to contractual obligations.
• Liaise with trade compliance teams to ensure adherence to relevant regulations.

Requirements

• Must be a British Citizen with residency in the UK for at least 5 years (10 for DV clearance).
• Ability to obtain and maintain SC level security clearance.
• Proven experience in reviewing complex contractual documents and contract law.
• Strong commercial and business acumen gained in Defence, Aerospace, or similar sectors.
• Demonstrated experience in customer and supplier interface roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant commercial management software.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of export control regulations.
• Prior experience in a procurement environment.
• Professional accreditation such as WCC or CIPS.
