What you will do

• Lead the evolution of implementational planning and drive media transformation across diverse client accounts.
• Oversee client portfolios' soft P&L, commercial planning, and growth strategies.
• Manage and mentor a team of Account Directors, fostering expertise in integrated media and data analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategy with activation across digital, traditional, audio, and AV channels.
• Design and implement rigorous media testing frameworks to provide actionable insights for future strategy.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and partners to drive integrated media conversations.

Requirements

• Proven planning and buying experience across diverse media channels.
• Strong background in leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Deep understanding of full-funnel brand and performance media metrics.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex strategies to senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data interrogation and visualization tools.
• Must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
