Salary: zł304,000–zł456,000 per year.

What you will do

• Design, build, test, and maintain backend services using Golang.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Own the full SDLC, including discovery, implementation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Improve system reliability, scalability, and observability through pragmatic engineering practices.
• Work with data stores and messaging systems like PostgreSQL, Redis, and Kafka.
• Participate in code reviews and design discussions to strengthen shared engineering standards.

Requirements

• Strong experience building backend systems with Golang or proficiency in another backend language with a willingness to ramp up.
• Comfort with automated testing, debugging, and production-oriented systems.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD delivery workflows.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS and operating in distributed environments.
• Solid understanding of API design and backend architecture (RESTful or event-driven).
• Experience with relational or key-value data stores and messaging/queueing systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with ClickHouse or similar analytical databases.
• Knowledge of Kafka stream processing libraries (e.g., Sarama, Goka).
• Familiarity with Temporal or Cassandra.
• Hands-on experience with event-driven architectures at scale.
