What you will do

• Design and build a funnel builder tool for internal teams to manage funnels without engineering involvement.
• Implement AI solutions to automate business and engineering processes.
• Ensure the reliability of production systems through monitoring, alerts, CI/CD, and test coverage.
• Participate in shaping the architecture, influencing technical decisions from day one.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and the marketing team to understand business context and find optimal technical solutions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in backend systems development, with 4+ years of Golang experience.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or other RDBMS.
• Experience with Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines in production.
• Understanding of high-load systems principles.
• Familiarity with SOLID, GoF patterns, and Clean Code principles.
• Experience in covering code with unit and integration tests.
• Experience developing with AI-assisted coding and AI agents for production-level.
• Results-oriented mindset, focusing on business impact.
• Ability to manage technical debt and maintain a healthy balance between product development and refactoring.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Python.
• Experience with Growth, MarTech, or AdTech platforms.
• Experience building SAAS solutions or internal tools.
