What you will do

• Build and maintain foundations for AI Agents using a microservices architecture.
• Design reliable, performant, and scalable distributed systems.
• Actively utilize and advance AI-driven development tools for code generation, testing, and architecture design.
• Collaborate closely on end-to-end solutions, influencing strategic product and architecture decisions.
• Ensure high engineering standards through clear contracts, observability, and robust test suites.
• Participate in agile practices including planning, code reviews, and retrospectives.

Requirements

• Strong coding proficiency in Scala.
• Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Demonstrated experience with distributed systems and system design.
• Product-focused mindset with a sense of ownership over delivered value.
• English and Polish: Working proficiency required.
• Must be located in Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker Swarm or Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases and GraphQL.
• Familiarity with Kafka or other message brokers.
• Experience with the Akka framework.
• Proficiency in functional programming libraries like Cats, Fs2, ZIO, or Http4s.
