What you will do

• Lead and motivate a team responsible for managing fraud and disputes for credit card products.
• Investigate customer claims regarding unauthorized transactions, account takeovers, and scams.
• Oversee the resolution of consumer disputes, Section 75 claims, and Mastercard chargebacks.
• Set team performance targets, monitor key risks, and provide ongoing coaching.
• Drive operational enhancements and process improvements through cross-functional collaboration.
• Report on fraud trends, resolution speeds, and operational challenges to senior management.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of credit card fraud typologies, disputes, and chargeback processes.
• Proven leadership experience, ideally within a fraud or dispute-related environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience in implementing and optimizing new fraud or dispute-handling processes.
• Hands-on approach with attention to case details and quality outcomes.
