Devops Engineer (Igaming): Building, improving, and maintaining DevOps practices across a B2B platform with an accent on implementation, optimisation, and continuous improvement. Focus on delivering scalable, reliable, and automated infrastructure in close collaboration with engineering teams.
Location: Must be based in Malta, Hungary, Poland, or Bulgaria. For candidates in Hungary, Poland, or Bulgaria, the position will initially be fully remote, with the potential to move to a hybrid setup as offices are established. If you’re based in Malta, the role will be hybrid.

What you will do
- Contribute to building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines across services and environments.
- Support containerisation efforts and Kubernetes-based deployments.
- Assist in implementing observability tooling (metrics, logs, tracing, alerting).
- Help automate build and deployment processes for backend and frontend systems.
- Work with cloud infrastructure on AWS (with some exposure to Azure and GCP).
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to improve workflows and reliability.
Requirements
- Solid experience in DevOps or infrastructure engineering in production environments.
- Good understanding of Kubernetes, containers, and cloud-native systems.
- Hands-on experience with AWS and infrastructure as code tools (e.g. Terraform).
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with engineers and technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience working in iGaming, fintech, e-commerce, SaaS, or other online platform-based businesses.
- Exposure to building or improving DevOps environments, or working in regulated environments.
