What you will do

• Lead management and optimization of large-scale production environments for high availability.
• Design AI-augmented observability frameworks to predict failures and automate anomaly detection.
• Drive operability roadmaps, including advanced automation and CI/CD enhancements.
• Resolve complex system and network issues through sophisticated analytical solutions.
• Participate in senior-level on-call rotations and lead incident resolution and post-mortems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Production Engineering, or SRE in high-scale environments.
• Proven expertise in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS or GCP).
• Strong proficiency in at least one of Python, Node.js, or Go for automation.
• Experience with IaC tools like Terraform or Ansible and CI/CD pipeline management.
• Expert knowledge of TCP/IP, networking, and system security best practices.

Nice to have

• Deep understanding of UNIX/Linux kernel-level troubleshooting.
• Experience with reliability tools like OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Splunk, and Grafana.
• Experience with GitHub Actions.
• Track record of integrating emerging AI tools into engineering workflows.
