What you will do

• Develop and execute social media strategies to drive enquiries and build trust with parents.
• Create engaging content including reels, stories, and posts with a focus on conversion.
• Manage trial processes, including scheduling, tracking, and follow-up communications.
• Provide operational support through Trello, Asana, and database management.
• Generate weekly performance reports and optimize content based on insights.
• Manage newsletters and routine communication with parents and staff.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in marketing or administrative roles.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proven track record in content strategy and lead generation.
• Experience with CRM, database management, and operational tools.
• Ability to work independently within a structured, deadline-driven environment.
• Must be available for coordination during UK business hours (Tuesday/Thursday, 9:30 am - 3:30 pm).
