What you will do

  • Support the planning, scheduling, and publishing of organic social media campaigns.
  • Create engaging, on-brand static assets and short-form video content.
  • Draft and optimize copy for various social platforms to maximize engagement.
  • Capture and edit live event content including interviews and behind-the-scenes footage.
  • Monitor campaign performance and support reporting using social analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams to ensure campaign alignment.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in media, journalism, and current affairs.
  • Experience managing or supporting social media activity across major platforms.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva, CapCut, or native platform editors.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written communication skills and a flair for storytelling.
  • Must be able to work on-site in London for the hybrid schedule.

Nice to have

  • Experience capturing content at live events.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools such as Sprout Social.
  • Interest in the events or digital media industries.
