What you will do

  • Generate new business opportunities for Payroll and HR SaaS solutions within the Mid Market and Large Enterprise sectors.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with prospective clients through networking, proactive outreach, and constant follow-up.
  • Deliver sales presentations and effectively promote the full hirify.global portfolio to meet revenue targets.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial enquiry to swift contract closure.
  • Collaborate with Service Delivery and Implementation teams to ensure client requirements are met and expectations managed.
  • Maintain accurate client records and pipeline data in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in SaaS sales or a related field.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and business writing skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with a minimum of 1 day in the office.
  • Degree-level education.
