What you will do

• Take ownership of features throughout the full development lifecycle, building clean, secure, and well-tested platform services.
• Design well-versioned REST/gRPC APIs and asynchronous workflows to support cross-team integration.
• Collaborate with platform teams using AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform to ensure high availability and observability.
• Partner with product, design, and data teams to translate requirements into scalable platform capabilities.
• Mentor developers, define engineering best practices, and contribute to CI/CD improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional backend software development experience.
• Strong Golang expertise with production-level code.
• Proven experience designing REST/gRPC APIs and distributed event-driven systems.
• Deep knowledge of microservices architecture, SQL/NoSQL databases, and cloud-native infrastructure.
• Fluency in English and experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in the fintech or payments industry.
• Knowledge of cryptography, EMV, or multi-tenant API platforms.
• Familiarity with authorization systems like RBAC, ABAC, or SpiceDB.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
