What you will do

• Design and implement cloud-native services in Go for AWS, Azure, and GCP integration.
• Contribute to Cloud Defend, hirify.global's eBPF-powered container workload protection product.
• Embed security best practices, including least privilege, secret management, and threat modeling.
• Manage production operations, including telemetry, dashboards, and SLO monitoring.
• Collaborate with product, security, and SRE teams on architectural decisions and design documentation.
• Utilize CI/CD, GitOps, and Terraform to maintain scalable, resilient infrastructure.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Go programming language.
• Must be located in Canada, Greece, Ireland, Norway, Spain, Sweden, or the UK.
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and software design patterns.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, GitOps, and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
• Experience working effectively within a distributed team environment.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with eBPF or Linux kernel internals.
• Background in container workload protection or runtime security.
• Experience with the hirify.global Stack (ELK).
• Knowledge of security domains such as CSPM, CWPP, or posture baselines.
