• Contribute across the stack using TypeScript, Node.js, Go, or React to deliver features end-to-end.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a top-class engineering team to own critical product areas.
• Design and evolve technical architecture to support rapidly increasing scale.
• Lead complex projects and translate customer interactions into product decisions.
• Represent product and engineering values through high-quality technical leadership.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing secure, scalable, and reliable backend systems.
• Deep expertise in modern cloud architectures (GCP or AWS).
• Strong proficiency in Node.js/TypeScript, Go, or React.
• Demonstrable experience in leading and growing engineering teams.
• Ability to communicate complex technical ideas to diverse stakeholders.
• Must have the right to work in the UK.
