Description:
10 to 12 Yrs experience in experience with product designing and implementation of Fusion HCM projects.
6 Years experience in strong Functional knowledge on HR applications (Fusion HCM)
Good verbal and written communication including ability to prepare system documentation.
Oracle Fusion HCM Technical profile with below expertise from Fusion HCM side:
Details knowledge on HCM extracts, BIP Reports, Analytics
HCM spread sheet loader and HCM Data Loader.
Fast Formulas including the accrual calculation.
Invoke on Fusion Rest API as well as Webapi call.
OTBI and BI publisher reports.
Alert composer and creation of new alerts.
Workflow Email notification template changes.
Page composer and understanding of EI expression.
At least 3 end to end Implementation engagements in various roles – Consultant / Lead / Architect and-or Project Lead
Conduct Workshop with HR Business Stakeholders: Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion functionality
Configure the Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Applications to meet client requirements and document application set-ups
Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects
Support clients with the execution of test scripts
Validate configuration and data for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects
