TL;DR
Oracle EBS Application Support Analyst (L1/L2): Provide dedicated L1/L2 support for Oracle E-Business Suite Finance and Projects modules, serving as first point of contact for end-user issues, troubleshooting, and ticket management. Focus on investigating data discrepancies, resolving configuration problems, and documenting resolutions to maintain knowledge base.
Location: Remote, Latin America. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM CST

What you will do
- Serve as first point of contact for L1 end-user support requests via ticketing system, triaging and resolving basic issues.
- Investigate and resolve L2 functional issues including data discrepancies and configuration problems in Oracle EBS modules.
- Escalate complex issues to L3, document resolutions, and maintain knowledge base.
- Collaborate with users for issue understanding, provide updates, and support user acceptance testing during deployments.
- Participate in change management and follow SOX controls where applicable.
- Track and report on ticket metrics like volumes and resolution times.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience supporting Oracle EBS R12 in functional capacity
- Solid understanding of Oracle EBS Finance modules (AP, AR, GL) and/or Projects
- Ability to troubleshoot using SQL queries for data analysis
- Experience with ticketing/ITSM systems (ServiceNow, Jira, or similar)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Oracle APEX interfaces
- Experience in multi-developer or large Oracle support teams
