TL;DR

Customer Success Representative (CSR) (EdTech): Providing front-line support and technical assistance to teachers using our AI-powered math platform with an accent on prompt resolution and user onboarding. Focus on managing school rostering, creating support documentation, and ensuring high-quality user experiences to improve educational outcomes.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Dallas, TX, Grand Rapids, MI, or New York, NY; office-first culture (4 days per week in-office).

What you will do

  • Provide fast, friendly, and knowledgeable support via chat, email, and Zoom.
  • Manage school rostering processes to ensure teachers and students have proper platform access.
  • Create and maintain engaging support documentation and user guides.
  • Report bugs, errors, and feature requests directly to the product team.
  • Track usage and engagement across North American district partners.
  • Help clean data within support tools and generate insights from our database.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work on-site in Dallas, Grand Rapids, or New York (4 days/week).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering world-class service.
  • Comfort with technology and ability to learn internal rostering systems.
  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Nice to have

  • Basic knowledge of Excel and SQL.
  • Prior experience in education, EdTech, or customer support.
  • Background from a coding bootcamp.
