What you will do

  • Manage technical relationships for 5-10 enterprise clients.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for platform integration and architecture best practices.
  • Translate customer requirements into actionable product roadmap features.
  • Coordinate technical escalations across solution engineering, support, and product teams.
  • Lead technical QBRs, roadmap alignment, and integration reviews.
  • Monitor platform health and KPIs to drive proactive improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise e-commerce, SaaS, or digital consulting.
  • Proven track record in client-facing technical roles like TAM or Solution Architect.
  • Deep expertise in e-commerce architectures, including APIs, OMS, PIM, and CMS.
  • Familiarity with headless commerce and MACH principles.
  • Strong ability to interpret architecture diagrams and work with REST and GraphQL.

Nice to have

  • Experience with platform migrations and pre-/post-sales consulting.
  • Hands-on knowledge of SCAYLE, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, CommerceTools, or SAP Commerce Cloud.
