Salary: $128,696 – $193,043 per year in New York, California, Washington, Colorado, and Rhode Island

What you will do
- Recruit, develop, and mentor a team of enterprise Technical Account Managers.
- Drive technical adoption and best practices for capabilities aligned to customer needs.
- Lead the development of architecture review and resiliency assessment programs.
- Oversee technical workshops and enablement sessions for customer developers and operations teams.
- Define and standardize Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) across the TAM organization.
- Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams, providing feedback to Product and Engineering.
Requirements
- 5+ years leading customer-facing technical teams (TAM, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success Engineering, or similar).
- Strong background in distributed systems, databases, cloud infrastructure, or DevOps.
- Experience supporting production-scale systems, including high-availability architectures and scalability planning.
- Demonstrated experience conducting architecture reviews and resiliency assessments.
- Experience driving structured technical adoption programs across enterprise accounts.
- Strong executive communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
Nice to have
- Experience in a fast-growing SaaS, PaaS, or database company.
- Familiarity with or other NoSQL/SQL database platforms.
- Experience in cloud-native and microservices architectures.
