What you will do
- Act as the primary contact for client operational matters and oversee the incident management process.
- Provide comprehensive support and track issues until resolution while ensuring transparent communication.
- Ensure strict adherence to Service Level Agreements and contribute to continuous quality improvement.
- Identify and implement process enhancements to minimize operational risks and add long-term value.
- Support enhancement projects by reviewing specifications and performing conformance testing for clients.
Requirements
- Strong financial background with a solid understanding of market infrastructure and client bases.
- Proven professional experience in a Client Services role.
- Ability to maintain high service delivery standards and build professional relationships.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Practical experience with project management and task monitoring.
- Excellent verbal communication skills for internal and external interactions.
