What you will do
- Own and evolve the ARC-related product landscape and governance framework.
- Lead the documentation and continuous evolution of ARC product boundaries.
- Act as the primary interface between Sales and Product teams regarding scope and ownership.
- Maintain accurate product-to-ARC mappings for company-wide visibility.
- Drive alignment across product groups to manage shared components and dependencies.
- Ensure customer requirements such as SOS flows and operational needs are efficiently routed to appropriate development teams.
Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in Sweden
- Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or in a similar role within complex or safety-critical environments.
- Strong understanding of interconnected product ecosystems and cross-team dependencies.
- Ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous, evolving technical domains.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and commercial stakeholder needs.
- Proactive and collaborative mindset with a strong drive for organizational alignment.
