What you will do

  • Own and evolve the ARC-related product landscape and governance framework.
  • Lead the documentation and continuous evolution of ARC product boundaries.
  • Act as the primary interface between Sales and Product teams regarding scope and ownership.
  • Maintain accurate product-to-ARC mappings for company-wide visibility.
  • Drive alignment across product groups to manage shared components and dependencies.
  • Ensure customer requirements such as SOS flows and operational needs are efficiently routed to appropriate development teams.

Requirements

  • Must be eligible to work in Sweden
  • Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or in a similar role within complex or safety-critical environments.
  • Strong understanding of interconnected product ecosystems and cross-team dependencies.
  • Ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous, evolving technical domains.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and commercial stakeholder needs.
  • Proactive and collaborative mindset with a strong drive for organizational alignment.
