What you will do

• Define and drive the technical strategy, architectural direction, and long-term roadmap for multiple engineering teams.
• Lead, grow, and develop high-performing engineering managers and senior engineers, establishing clear expectations and building an inclusive culture.
• Own end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of services and platforms, ensuring high availability, reliability, scalability, and security.
• Partner closely with Product, Data, and business stakeholders to translate customer and business needs into technical outcomes.
• Establish and enforce engineering standards, including code quality, testing, CI/CD, and incident management.
• Drive technical innovation and reusability across domains, enabling teams to leverage shared platforms and patterns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level; Technical Degree Preferred; or equivalent related professional experience.
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience and 5+ years of people management experience.
• Experience leading multiple software development engineering teams delivering large-scale, distributed systems.
• Proven track record of managing and developing engineering managers and senior engineers.
• Demonstrated expertise in system design, API design, and data modeling for high-traffic, highly available, and secure services.
• Familiarity with AI-driven systems, tools, or workflows and applying AI/ML concepts to real world products.
