What you will do

• Support and execute multiple concurrent sourcing events (RFI, RFP, RFQ) across IT and Technology categories.
• Assist in managing the end-to-end sourcing lifecycle, including intake, RFx development, supplier communication, bid collection, and evaluation.
• Conduct bid analysis, benchmarking, and basic financial modeling to support sourcing decisions.
• Contribute to process improvements, including standardization, automation, and use of digital procurement tools.
• Partner with internal stakeholders (IT, Finance, Legal, and business teams) to gather requirements and support sourcing execution.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or a related field.
• Experience supporting or executing sourcing events (RFx processes).
• Exposure to IT / Technology sourcing (e.g., software, SaaS, cloud, or IT services) preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and basic financial modeling.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Experience working with spend analytics or procurement data tools.
• Exposure to technology pricing models (e.g., subscriptions, licensing, consumption-based pricing).
• Interest or exposure to automation or AI tools in procurement workflows.
