Location: Remote - Nationwide. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time, including CPT/OPT. For remote positions you will be required to provide reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection as well as a place in your home to work with limited disruption. You must have reliable connectivity from an internet service provider that is fiber, cable or DSL internet.

Salary: $138,000.00 - $200,100.00

What you will do

• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior business stakeholders.
• Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies aligned with business unit priorities and enterprise objectives.
• Lead complex, high-value competitive sourcing processes end-to-end.
• Lead complex negotiations for pricing, service level agreements, and contract terms.
• Evaluate, select, and manage supplier relationships to ensure performance and compliance.
• Play a leadership role in designing, implementing, and continuously improving enterprise-wide vendor management and governance frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, accounting, finance, supply chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, and/or sourcing or strategic sourcing for the relevant category.
• Proven experience in IT procurement, vendor management, or strategic sourcing for a minimum of 8 years.
• Demonstrated success leading complex sourcing initiatives.
• Understanding of IT categories such as software licensing, cloud services, hardware, and AI.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
