Location: This is a remote-first role open to candidates anywhere in the world. Las Vegas-based team members work in-office Tuesday through Friday (Monday optional). If Vegas sounds fun, we offer relocation support for candidates interested in moving here.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting across tech, creative, and ops roles.
• Source proactively to find candidates before they're actively looking.
• Build and maintain pipelines for priority roles.
• Run structured processes for screening, coordination, feedback, and offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to refine job specifications.
• Track key metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, and source quality.

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• A track record of closing candidates.
• Strong sourcing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions.
• Comfort with ambiguity.
• Experience hiring in gaming or creator economy spaces.

• Deep familiarity with the Roblox ecosystem.
