What you will do

• Translate product and market needs into detailed user stories and business requirements.
• Act as a domain expert on issuing, processing, and scheme integration flows.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and interface with payment processors.
• Monitor integration processes and evaluate opportunities for improvement.
• Organize metrics to measure the performance and stability of the transactional flow.
• Promote effective communication and interaction between business areas.

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst in payments or fintech.
• Understand retail payment schemes and prepaid ecosystems.
• Familiar with ISO 20022 and ISO 8583 payment messages.
• Can write clear user stories and model flows using UML diagrams.
• Comfortable working in Scrum or Kanban teams.
• Strong knowledge of MySQL, Oracle, PL/SQL, and NoSQL databases.
• Solid expertise in Excel, including advanced functions for data manipulation.
• English is a must
• Are open to occasional travel (~30%).
