What you will do

• Drive business analysis to help teams identify problems and uncover root causes.
• Evaluate and improve business processes through automation and AI-driven initiatives.
• Perform financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost-benefit assessments.
• Conduct ad-hoc market and competition research to support tactical and strategic decisions.
• Prepare content and analyses for executive-level reviews.

Requirements

• BSc or MSc degree in a STEM field, Finance, Economics, or Statistics.
• 2–5 years of experience in strategy consulting, business analytics, or finance.
• Practical experience using AI tools to improve analysis and project execution.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and MS Office suite.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• English language proficiency is required.
