TL;DR
Product Experience Specialist (SaaS/AI): Providing world-class support and capturing product insights for our Americas hub with an accent on user advocacy and troubleshooting. Focus on solving complex user problems, refining support workflows, and acting as the voice of the customer to influence product direction.
Location: Must be based in or able to work from Boston, USA

What you will do
- Become an expert on the platform and provide delightful, clear support to users across US time zones.
- Investigate bugs, edge cases, and user-reported issues, collaborating with engineering to drive solutions.
- Maintain and improve internal knowledge bases and support documentation.
- Advocate for user needs by providing high-signal feedback to the product team.
- Deliver fast and accurate communication to ensure users are unblocked and successful.
Requirements
- Must be located in or near Boston, USA.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
- Exceptional written communication skills with a focus on warmth and clarity.
- User-first mindset with extreme ownership over customer outcomes.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in B2C SaaS customer support.
- Direct experience using or other AI-powered development tools.
