What you will do

• Own the end-to-end operational system for robotics data collection, covering station software, fleet performance, and facilities.
• Act as the primary point of alignment across research, engineering, and operations to ensure reliable deployment execution.
• Manage performance, metrics, and escalation paths for managed workforce and external service partners.
• Define and enforce repeatable operational standards to scale site operations as the robotics program grows.
• Surface operational feedback and constraints to research and engineering teams to shape future platform development.
• Maintain clear decision frameworks and operating rhythms in ambiguous environments to keep project execution unblocked.

• Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional systems that bridge engineering and operations.
• Strong experience managing external partners, vendors, and large-scale managed workforces.
• Ability to operate as a single-threaded owner, driving accountability and structure in rapidly evolving environments.
• Expertise in coordinating senior stakeholders across technical and operational domains.
• Capacity to balance immediate execution speed with the development of long-term operational systems.
• Proficiency in clear communication and conflict resolution across conflicting project priorities.
