What you will do

• Architect test infrastructure to exercise end-to-end functionality across hardware, firmware, and software boundaries.
• Develop backend systems using Python and internal APIs to run tests and log results.
• Bring up and validate subsystem and system-level changes, tracking performance across releases.
• Automate testing pipelines for continuous integration and regression detection.
• Debug and triage failures involving hardware faults, firmware bugs, or software integration issues.
• Instrument devices using scopes, logic analyzers, and custom harnesses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in EE, CE, CS, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience working with embedded systems.
• Strong understanding of hardware peripherals including I2C, Ethernet, SPI, CAN, and UART.
• Proficiency in Python for test automation.
• Experience bringing up custom embedded boards and working across firmware/software stacks.
• Familiarity with Linux-based development environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
• Knowledge of PyTest or Robot Framework.
• Exposure to hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) systems.
• Prior experience in robotics, automotive, or aerospace industries.
