What you will do

• Develop and roll out new features for the Knowledge Graph platform, iterating based on performance and user feedback.
• Design, build, and maintain modular microservices that process metrics, logs, and traces.
• Ensure high system availability, performance, and reliability for critical observability infrastructure.
• Drive projects from initial ideation through implementation to production operations.
• Participate in on-call rotations and take ownership of service maintenance and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor colleagues to foster a supportive engineering environment.

Requirements

• Programming experience in Java is required.
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Background in operating SaaS platforms and addressing distributed systems challenges like scalability and multi-tenancy.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills for a fully remote work environment.
• Must be based in the US or Canada.
