What you will do

• Develop and maintain critical backend services focusing on performance, scalability, and resilience.
• Architect seamless integrations with third-party payment service providers.
• Design and deploy scalable solutions for high-volume, distributed systems handling millions of concurrent requests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
• Improve system architecture and service consistency across the platform.
• Ensure high availability and reliability during feature deployments.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil
• Solid experience with Java/Kotlin and Spring framework
• Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of microservices and high-volume distributed systems
• Experience with cloud computing (AWS) and Kubernetes
• Good communication skills and English proficiency

Nice to have

• Experience with event-driven architectures and serverless
• Strong software quality and test automation mindset
