What you will do
- Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and DevOps/platform teams to build meaningful features through our Agile SDLC/Kanban workflow.
- Conduct peer code reviews and contribute to retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
- Define technical requirements and identify the best solutions to meet team goals.
- Participate in engineering retrospectives focused on testing, architecture, automation, and coding standards.
- Focus on delivering value and improving the user experience for our customers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of backend development experience.
- 2+ years of experience with a strongly typed language or TypeScript.
- Strong experience with RDBMS (raw queries or via ORM).
- Solid background in unit and integration testing.
- Experience with message brokers (SNS, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Google Pub/Sub, etc.).
Nice to have
- Experience with Node.js, GraphQL, GCP or AWS, gRPC and protobufs.
- Strong grasp of SOLID principles.
