Sr DevOps Engineer (Azure/Kubernetes)

What you will do

• Automate and sequence operations with YAML pipelines.
• Build and manage artifacts for NPM libraries, React frontend services, Node-based TypeScript services, and C++ backend services.
• Build and manage Docker containers from source using Linux toolchains and build systems.
• Deploy containers to Kubernetes and the Azure cloud stack.
• Troubleshoot continuous integration, delivery, and deployment pipelines and oversee deployed-system security.
• Document knowledge, guide teammates, and participate in Agile ceremonies and project reporting.

Requirements

• Extensive Linux system administration experience in on-premises or cloud environments.
• Proficiency with source control, preferably Perforce and Git.
• Fluency in Python and shell scripting.
• Experience maintaining CI/CD pipelines, preferably with Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with C++ build toolchains and IDEs.
• In-depth knowledge of Linux containers.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Windows OS.
• Experience with Node.js development and testing tools.
• Experience with OSS and security scanning tools such as Black Duck or Snyk.
• Experience with Ansible, Terraform, or Kubernetes.
