What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various technical and non-technical roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs and provide strategic guidance.
- Actively source candidates to build high-quality talent pipelines.
- Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout all recruitment stages.
- Contribute to employer branding, DEIB initiatives, and learning & development projects.
- Collaborate with local and global People & Culture teams to ensure process alignment.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience in talent acquisition, ideally within the IT sector.
- Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and understand team needs.
- Proficiency in modern recruitment tools, technologies, and sourcing strategies.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, efficient, and data-driven recruitment solutions.
- Adaptability and a solution-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.
