What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various technical and non-technical roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs and provide strategic guidance.
  • Actively source candidates to build high-quality talent pipelines.
  • Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout all recruitment stages.
  • Contribute to employer branding, DEIB initiatives, and learning & development projects.
  • Collaborate with local and global People & Culture teams to ensure process alignment.

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience in talent acquisition, ideally within the IT sector.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and understand team needs.
  • Proficiency in modern recruitment tools, technologies, and sourcing strategies.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, efficient, and data-driven recruitment solutions.
  • Adaptability and a solution-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong networking and communication skills for effective candidate engagement.
