Product Manager (Automated Trading)

Salary: €90,000–€110,000 gross per year (including holiday allowance and FlexBudget).

What you will do

• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for data and infrastructure within the automated trading domain.
• Collaborate with data engineers, software engineers, and quantitative analysts to build and launch high-impact data products.
• Identify opportunities to digitize and redesign existing trading processes for improved market exposure management.
• Implement an OKR-driven approach to ensure measurable outcomes and alignment with business objectives.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from initial concept and migration to high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in product management, specifically in trading data and technology.
• Proven expertise in developing scalable, high-performance, real-time data platform products from scratch.
• Ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders (traders, analysts) and technical development teams.
• Strong data-driven decision-making and analytical skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in supporting automated or algorithmic trading activities.
• Deep understanding of energy market fundamental data.
