What you will do

• Manage and promote the hirify.global Partner Ecosystem to internal sales teams and external partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document joint-value propositions.
• Develop end-to-end go-to-market strategies and tactical collateral including white-papers, case studies, and ROI calculators.
• Lead global launch calendars and coordinate status updates across marketing and product roadmaps.
• Enable sales and partner teams with relevant product knowledge and high-quality marketing materials.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B product marketing or performance marketing.
• Proven background in banking, payments, or SaaS technology sectors.
• Experience with partner marketing, independent software vendors, and distribution models.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling business narratives.
• Fluency in English (speaking, writing, and presentation).
• Master’s degree in IT, Business, or Marketing.
