TL;DR
Product Owner Platform & Software Engineering: Driving the roadmap, prioritization, and realization of platform components and development paths with an accent on technological innovation, stability, and efficiency. Focus on infrastructure, cloud architecture, CI/CD, integration, and software quality.
Location: The Hague, Netherlands. Hybrid working.
Salary: €5,765 and €8,236 per month depending on your knowledge and experience.

What you will do
- Develop and manage the product vision in collaboration with your manager.
- Develop and manage a roadmap and backlog for the platform and software engineering team.
- Determine what will be built, why, and when, together with engineers, architects, and stakeholders.
- Prioritize work based on value, risks, dependencies, and technical feasibility.
- Contribute to initiatives regarding platform security, compliance, and developer productivity.
- Identify bottlenecks in platform performance, technical debt, or operational risks, and manage them effectively.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect technology and business.
- Good at stakeholder management, even in complex and dynamic environments.
- Able to dive deep with technical teams without losing sight of the big picture.
- Several years of relevant work experience in a PO role or similar position.
- Experience with cloud-native platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS), CI/CD, DevOps, and software engineering.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and experience working in multidisciplinary development teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code, Kubernetes, API architectures, or observability stacks.
