What you will do

• Design, lead, and manage technical aspects of RF communications systems development.
• Execute system analysis, requirements definition, design, integration, and testing.
• Implement FPGA firmware for RF signal processing.
• Design and integrate front and back-end antenna systems, phased arrays, and RF components.
• Develop and optimize prototype RF waveforms.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a U.S. DoD security clearance.
• B.S. in Electrical Engineering with 8+ years of experience or M.S. with 6+ years.
• Experience integrating RF and high-speed digital systems.
• Proficiency in designing firmware, specifically for AMD/Xilinx FPGAs.
• Experience implementing DSPs in RF communication systems.
• Hands-on experience with RF test equipment such as spectrum analyzers and signal generators.

Nice to have

• M.S. in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis on antenna and RF.
• Experience with SWaP-C2 product design.
• Mastery of Linux system architecture and IP networking stacks.
• Understanding of electronic beam forming and array synthesis.
