What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of conceptual frameworks for complex research projects.
• Direct the management and analysis of large-scale datasets using advanced econometric techniques.
• Apply rigorous quantitative methods to evaluate public health programs, policies, and interventions.
• Author technical reports, peer-reviewed publications, and policy briefs for diverse stakeholders.
• Lead proposal development, including methodology, conceptual design, and budgeting.
• Mentor junior economists and manage multidisciplinary project teams.

Requirements

• PhD in Economics, Public Policy, or a related social science field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience conducting quantitative policy research.
• Extensive experience with STATA and demonstrated econometric/applied statistics expertise.
• Proven track record of designing experimental and quasi-experimental studies.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Demonstrated experience in health care delivery and payment model research.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in R or Python for statistical analysis.
