What you will do

• Develop and optimize core infrastructure for specializing and deploying LLMs.
• Write production-grade Rust for high-performance distributed systems.
• Diagnose and resolve complex bugs at the hardware-software boundary.
• Contribute to the technical product roadmap based on research developments in AI and RL.
• Collaborate asynchronously with engineering, research, and product teams.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Rust or a clear inclination to develop these skills.
• Experience in software engineering, preferably with a focus on machine learning.
• Demonstrated ability to work on large-scale distributed systems where performance is critical.
• Ability to contribute to technical direction and communicate effectively in a distributed team.
• Degree in Computer Science (M.Sc./Ph.D.) or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Contributions to open-source projects, especially efficient model implementations or RL libraries.
