What you will do

• Design, develop, and operate significant areas of Guidance services for consumer, automotive, and logistics initiatives.
• Solve complex guidance scenarios to create intuitive, non-robotic navigation experiences.
• Provide highly customizable guidance solutions for large OEMs and niche customers with unique use cases.
• Build internal tools to unlock new mapping and navigation capabilities.
• Thoughtfully integrate AI into design, development, and decision-making workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building scalable, high-volume, low-latency backend services.
• Proficiency in modern C++ or Rust and Linux server applications in commercial or open-source environments.
• Experience building and maintaining AWS cloud infrastructure (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM) using IaC and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems and distributed systems, including fault-tolerance and consistency.
• A rigorous, data-driven approach to problem solving and quality of service improvements.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify participant).
